The IMO Technical Cooperation and Implementation Division has developed the Technical Cooperation Portal (TC Portal) to support greater transparency, information sharing, and visibility across IMO’s technical cooperation activities. The TC Portal also aims to harmonize and streamline the submission and management of technical cooperation requests from Member States through a single, integrated digital platform.
The TC Portal provides access to two integrated tools:

the Technical Cooperation Dashboard (TC Dashboard), which offers up-to-date information on IMO technical cooperation activities worldwide; and
-
the Technical Cooperation Request Management System (TCRMS), which enables Member States to submit and view needs-driven capacity-development requests through an intuitive digital system.
